• Your Horoscope (Indian or Western), if you have one please send by Post/Courier/Email.
• A short Bio-data (is must).
• Please allow us a period of Two Weeks from the date of receipt of your mail/courier/inquiery to reply to your questions.
• If any of the information required is not provided, you might not be replied to.
• Kindly send No Cash or Cheque, at present we accept only Demand Draft.
• Demand Draft should be on name of Dr. Sudhir Shah.
• The payment is non-refundable.
• If in Mumbai-Bombay, you have to visit personally, no mail request will be entertained.
