	Your Horoscope (Indian or Western), if you have one please send by Post/Courier/Email.
	A short Bio-data (is must).
	Please allow us a period of Two Weeks from the date of receipt of your mail/courier/inquiery to reply to your questions.
	If any of the information required is not provided, you might not be replied to.
	Kindly send No Cash or Cheque, at present we accept only Demand Draft.
	Demand Draft should be on name of Dr. Sudhir Shah.
	The payment is non-refundable.
	If in Mumbai-Bombay, you have to visit personally, no mail request will be entertained.
